This followup to the M600+ builds upon that device, and adds a full slide-out QWERTY keypad. Other features include a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, 400-MHz Samsung S3C2440 processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB Flash ROM, 2.0-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a microSD slot. M700 is currently the only phone incorporating enviable specifications in a relatively small body – GPS (navigation), WiFi (wireless networking), QWERTY hardware keyboard, and regualar 240×320 display!
